Christmas on Sunset is scheduled for December 13, 2024 at 6:00 p.m.

Arts & Crafts
Randolph Arts Guild will have crafting area inside for making ornaments.

Christmas Movie
Asheboro Cultural & Recreation Services will be hosting "Olaf's Frozen Adventure" outdoors at the Cultural & Recreation Services office at 6pm, 7pm and 8:15pm.
The Reading of the Christmas Story will be outdoors here at 8pm.

Gift Wrapping
Luxe Lash Studio will offer a gift wrapping table at their storefront.

Glove Giveaway
McKenzie Real Estate of NC will be handing out gloves to everyone.

Horse-Drawn Wagon Rides
There will be wagons and a carriage to provide a ride through Bicentennial Park.

Letters to Santa
Randolph Health will have an area set up for young ones to write a letter to Santa!

Live Nativity
A live nativity will be enacted at First Baptist Church.

Marshmallow Roasting
Asheboro Fire Department will have a fire pit and providing sticks and marshmallows for roasting. Please dispose of the sticks once finished.

Musical Performances
Various groups will be performing at locations throughout downtown.

Christmas Tree on Sunset Avenue
Gingerbread Houses on Sunset Avenue
Keller Williams Realty will have a photo booth on Sunset Ave.

Costumed characters will be roving throughout the event - please take a picture with them! These characters have been generously sponsored in part by Luxe Lash Studio.

Reindeer Food
Asheboro Oral Surgery is giving away reindeer food at the steps of the Cultural & Rec Services Office.

Sock Giveaway
First Baptist Church will be giving away socks at their location on Church St.

Sweets & Treats
Salvation Army will be serving Hot Chocolate on Sunset Avenue.
Randolph-Asheboro YMCA will be serving Hot Apple Cider in front of Keeper's of Time on Church Street.
Hops' BBQ will be serving Hot Chocolate on Sunset Avenue.
UpStyled Goods & Salon will be serving Russian Tea on Church Street.
Asheboro Fire and Rescue Department will be handing out Candy Canes on Church Street.

Tree Giveaway
Trees NC will be giving away a Norway Spruce sapling (while supplies last).

Visits with Santa
Santa & Mrs. Claus will be greeting visitors in the lobby of the Asheboro Recreation Center. Each child will receive a book (while supplies last) from Randolph Partnership For Children.
